  34. I've this problem too and I solve it by manually setting the modem's
  35. IRQ to a com port that is not being used by other resources. Also, if
  36. you intend to install the modem to com 3, you should disable the com1
  37. in your bios. To install in com4 you should disable the com 2 in the
  38. bios. Hope this info. would help you.
